Kia Charge is simplifying the EV charging experience for Kia customers, providing easy access to over 4,500 charging points in Ireland and more than 900,000 stations across Europe. With a single charging solution and card, Kia customers can charge their vehicles at public locations from networks including ESB, Ionity, EasyGo, ePower, and Applegreen throughout Ireland.
In an effort to bring more transparency and cost clarity to EV drivers, Kia Ireland has introduced a fixed price public charging model, offering €0.50c per kWh on the Kia Charge network. This initiative aims to make EV charging more accessible and affordable for a broader audience.
Simplified and Accessible Charging
Adam Fogarty, Head of Network Development at Kia Ireland, commented: “As more electric vehicles take to the road, it’s important to match this uptake with an increasing number of charging points to give customers reassurance that they can easily charge their vehicles. Kia continues to set the benchmark for making electric driving more accessible to a wider audience, and with Kia Charge, we aim to simplify and enhance every journey.”
